Hi, I'm Whitney
I created this workshop just for you.
Growing up as an Empath made ordinary daily interaction challenging. No one understood my extreme sensitivity. I felt like I was cursed and alone. I was called "too sensitive." I preferred the comapny of pets over hanging out with people. They just seemed to understand energy better.
It wasn't until adulthood that I sought out other like-minded sensitive souls that "got me."
When I learned how to shield myself from negative energy while still keeping myself open to positive energy, the anxiety faded away, and the doors to joy and freedom opened.
When I first started this journey, I read a zillion spiritual books, I lost hours watching spiritual videos, burned out my CD player with meditations, and had a bad crystal spending habit:) I just dated myself, but that's me.. authentic. It's okay to be your authentic self.
This workshop will provide you with an Empathic toolkit of lessons, techniques and resources all in one place. I'll even have you implement real-time lessons with a partner so you can ask your questions instead of "googling" the answer.

About Whitney
